1. General
By accessing www.mhdtradingco.com and purchasing, you agree to these Terms plus our Shipping, Returns, and Privacy policies. We may update Terms; continued use = acceptance.

2. Products & Pricing

• We strive for accuracy in images/descriptions but do not warrant error-free. Colors may vary by screen.
• Prices in USD. We may correct pricing errors and cancel/refund affected orders.
• Product availability may change. If out of stock after ordering, we notify and refund within 48 hours.

3. Orders & Payment

• We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay (via Shopify secure checkout).
• We reserve the right to refuse/cancel orders for suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, or policy abuse. Full refund issued for cancellations.

4. Shipping & Returns

• Governed by our Shipping Policy and 30-Day Return Policy, incorporated by reference.

5. Acceptable Use

• No fraud, chargeback abuse, scraping, reverse-engineering, or unlawful use. Accounts may be suspended for abuse.

6. Intellectual Property

• All site content, logo, text, images are © MHD Trading LLC. No reproduction without permission. Brand names belong to respective owners.

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, MHD Trading LLC is not liable for indirect/incidental damages. Total liability capped at amount paid for the order.

8. Dispute Resolution — Wyoming

• Informal resolution first: contact support@mhdtrading.co
   within 30 days. If unresolved, binding arbitration in Sheridan County, Wyoming under AAA Consumer Rules, or small claims court. No class actions. Wyoming law governs.
