Eligibility

  • 30 days from delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging with tags.
  • Final sale items (marked Final Sale, gift cards, downloadable products) are not returnable unless defective.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email  with order number + reason + photos (if defective/damaged).
  2. We reply within 1–2 business days with an RMA number + return address.
  3. Ship back within 7 days of RMA approval. Customer pays return shipping unless our error.

Refunds

  • Once received and inspected (3–5 business days), we issue your refund to the original payment method.
  • Banks take 5–10 business days to post. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless our error.
  • Exchanges: we refund and ask you to place a new order (fastest), or we ship exchange after return received — your choice.

Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item

  • Report within 7 days of delivery with photos. We pay return shipping and offer replacement or full refund + apology. No restocking fee, ever, for our errors.

Non-Returnable for Hygiene (unless sealed/unopened):

  • Beauty, personal care, food/supplements, undergarments, earphones for hygiene — if opened, we offer store credit case-by-case for defects.

Cancellations

  • Cancel within 12 hours of ordering (before fulfillment) for full refund. Email muhanadarshad4@gmail.com with CANCEL + order number.

Chargebacks

  • Please contact us first — we resolve 99% of issues within 48 hours. Unauthorized chargebacks with delivered goods may be disputed with carrier proof.
